Dear Mr. Meijer,
It is with deep regret that we write this letter to inform you (the Veterans Administration) that effective February 1, 2021, we will no longer be a provider for our VA patients at either of our office locations:

Although, we strongly believe, this sector (our US Veterans) deserves our utmost support and honor for their service, we are forced to come to this decision due to the fact that the VA does not/or cannot administer the payment of dental claims in a timely fashion.
After watching our staff spend hours of jumping through hoops and over hurdles in endless attempts to collect on VA claims (some recently 11-12 months old), quite honestly, we can no longer afford to allow this to continue. It is for this reason, and this reason alone, that we are forced to come to this decision.
In conclusion, we can only say how sorry we are that the “system” is again failing our Veterans. Ultimately, they are the ones that lose.
