  I am 83 years old and in good health. I have been insured by BCBS of Michigan for 14 years for my “Medigap” hospital care policy at $40 per month. I have been informed that is increasing to $163 per month in January 2017. Thats over 400% increase. Is this due to the Obama care impact? If so, Trump should use this in his upcoming speech.
