General Admission Guests
Doors Open: 5:00 PM
Main Program Begins Promptly at 6:30 PM

Security & Entry

In keeping with venue security procedures, all guests will pass through walk-through metal detectors upon entry — think of it as a quick TSA-style boarding process before takeoff! Our team is working hard to make the process smooth and efficient, so we encourage guests to arrive early to allow extra time for entry.

Please note:
No carried or concealed weapons are permitted inside the venue per DeVos Place policies. Security will be on-site throughout the event.

Candidate Information

Candidates who have purchased tables should soon receive a separate informational email regarding event logistics, VIP details, and freestanding banner information. If you have not yet received that email, please feel free to contact Holly directly at 616-719-7627.

Bars & Refreshments

Credit card bars will be available throughout the evening in the Secchia Lobby for guest convenience.

Dress Code

Please come dressed for success! The dress code is business to formal. 

Parking & Downtown Traffic

Please plan ahead for parking and allow additional travel time. There are several major events happening downtown Grand Rapids that evening, including performances at the amphitheater featuring Lionel Richie as well as opera performances nearby. Downtown traffic and parking garages are expected to be busier than usual. There is a parking garage underneath DeVos Place and two that are across the street!
